For collecting of prescribed medication and nutrition, due to corona regulation, you also have to call us in advance for an appointment for pick ups between 8.30 a.m. and 19.00 p.m..

In case of an emergency also always call us in advance. We can then clear the schedule of our veterinarians for your pet and prepare the arrival of your pet.

After opening hours of the clinic, you will hear the number of the emergency veterinarian on our answeringmachine from our own emergency service group veterinarians in Leiden. So, always dail  071-5315512  for more information in case of emergency.

*Please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When you fail to cancel or reschedule on time we are forced to invoice costs because of the time reserved for you. A timesurcharge will be made for consultions between 18.00-19.00 p.m.
